Exclude Yourself or Opt out of the Settlement Class

If you excluded yourself from the Settlement Class, you will not receive any Settlement Class Payment. However, you will no longer be bound by the terms of the Settlement. You will retain your right to sue or continue to sue the Defendants on your own for the legal claims in this case. |
Object to the Settlement

If you are a Settlement Class Member and did not exclude yourself from the Settlement, you could have objected to the Settlement if you don't like part or all of it. The Court will consider all objections that are made in accordance to the procedures set forth in the Settlement Agreement. |
Notice of Intention to Appear

If you did not request an exclusion (opt out) from the Settlement Class, you could have asked permission for you or your own attorney to speak at the Final Approval Hearing at your own expense. To do so, you must have sent a "Notice of Intention to Appear" in accordance to the procedures set forth in the Settlement Agreement. |
Final Approval Hearing
